Talent Leadership: Curriculum

Overview

The right talent placed in the right roles is key to a company's bottom line. Yet, how to identify true strategic positions, consistently place top talent in those positions, and then create maximum competitive advantage from that match through appropriate development is known to only a few companies today. Providing you with the knowledge and tools to meet the talent challenge is the core premise of Northeastern's Strategic Talent Leadership Program.

Over two days you will work directly with Northeastern's D'Amore-McKim School of Business faculty who are internationally-recognized for their expertise and thought leadership. Our faculty team has worked together for more than two decades helping professionals from hundreds of firms design innovative talent practices that directly enhance their organizations’ competitive position.

In your two days working closely with the faculty and your program colleagues, you'll address topics including:
