The Client:
 A global technology firm headquartered in MetroWest, known for its pace and ‘challenge culture’


Business Need:
 The client wished to build upon their existing corporate management development curriculum and provide further challenge to high-potential Directors. Reflecting the culture of this fast-paced firm, the development experience was also expected to generate quick returns for the organization and the participants.


Solution:
 The program design addressed real-time global business challenges (identified by the participants in the context of the program) using a unique Action Tank/Task Force approach. This created a powerful learning experience for the Director population while also providing the genesis of solutions to critical strategic issues.
