Mr. Jeffrey S. Bornstein has been the Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Company since July 1, 2013 and as its Senior Vice President since December 2007. Mr. Bornstein has also been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of General Electric Capital Corporation since 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of GE Commercial Finance of General Electric Co. He joined GE in 1989 as part of the GE Power Systems' Financial Management Program. In 1992, he joined the GE Corporate Audit Staff and served as its Executive Audit Manager. He served as a Senior Vice President of General Electric Co. since December 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of GE Aircraft Engine Services since 1996 and its Vice President since 1998. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of GE Plastics. He serves as a Director of the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut. He rves on the Board of Northeastern University. He serves as a Director of General Electric Capital Corporation and General Electric Capital Services Inc. He has also been involved in a number of youth programs. He participated in the national Junior Achievement program by teaching economics to seventh and eighth graders in economically challenged areas, and he is involved in several projects and fund raising events for Kid's Place, an outreach program for abused children. Mr. Bornstein received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
