Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?
A: For the future, I would like continue my research interests with mental health, as well as use my experiences and findings to found a non-profit organization focused on helping and empowering indigenous women of Latin America. The non-profit organization would provide culturally responsive resources, such as linking them to micro loans that can fund their local enterprises, which I have seen as opportunities to mitigate the effects of exploitation, poverty, abuse, and war.
