Choosing the Part-Time MBA at D'Amore-McKim means choosing a program built for ambitious professionals—flexible, customizable, and designed for real career impact. You'll tailor your experience by selecting up to two concentrations from more than 15 in-demand options, along with electives and learning experiences that connect the classroom to the business world. Building on your foundation of core coursework, you can gain deeper expertise in a focus area—or two—by choosing from16 in-demand business concentrations. 

Core courses in accounting, management, marketing, data analysis, and entrepreneurship provide a strong business foundation. Electives make up about half of the MBA, ensuring a broad understanding of modern business challenges and strategies.

Optional travel-based courses

These may include travel—such as a week-long residency in Washington, D.C., to explore how public policy shapes global economies, or international options like the Global Field Study or Global Consulting Project, where you'll immerse yourself in another country's business practices.

  • A personal statement (<=500 words)
  • Resumé
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Academic transcript(s) from all undergraduate and graduate schools attended
  • Virtual interview (by invitation only)
  • Optional GMAT/GRE test scores
  • TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or PTE Academic (if applicable)
  • Passport or permanent residency card (if applicable)

Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business is currently test-optional and does not require applicants to submit GRE or GMAT scores.
