Leadership sets our Executive MBA (EMBA) program apart. We push our students to examine their personal leadership styles, identify key challenges, and actively apply effective leadership practices in the classroom, at work and abroad.

More than just international trips, our global residencies provide practical experience with strategic issues emphasized in our leading-edge curriculum. You will learn first-hand about competing in China, core challenges facing U.S. firms, and strategies they are using to gain a competitive advantage.

Throughout the EMBA program, you will learn from world-class faculty who are widely featured in leading business publications and who actively consult with global companies (e.g. adidas, IBM, and HP). Since most of your fellow students are mid-to-senior-level managers who are on the rise in their companies, you also have the benefit of learning from your network of classmates with leadership experience in diverse industries.
