Our Executive MBA program is a transformational learning experience. Through integrated classroom work with experiential trips to Washington DC, Mexico, and China, our program is designed for seasoned professionals who are ready to expand their knowledge of global business and hone their leadership skills.

And when we say our EMBA program is global, we mean more than just international travel. When students learn about finance, marketing, communications, or strategy, they do so through a global lens. Additionally, students at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business focus on building their leadership skills in the classroom, during workshops, reflection meetings, and experiential trips, as well as on the job. We teach students how to “lead in place” within their current roles. We push them to examine their personal leadership styles, identify key challenges at work, and actively apply effective leadership practices.

Our Executive MBA students learn in a tight-knit cohort with other executives who have an average of more than 10 years of work experience. Alumni often say that the program gave them skills they didn’t even know they were missing. It helped them build their confidence, increase their visibility within their companies, and become more effective leaders.

Throughout the EMBA program, you will learn from world-class faculty who are widely featured in leading business publications and who actively consult with global companies (e.g. adidas, IBM, and HP). Since most of your fellow students are mid-to-senior-level managers who are on the rise in their companies, you also have the benefit of learning from your network of classmates with leadership experience in diverse industries.
