Q:What do you do in your current job/what are your responsibilities?

A:I am the eCommerce Operations Manager for a major retail company.  I am responsible for growing the business, managing operations projects, and improving and enhancing operational performance.

Q:What skills did you build in the D’Amore-McKim Graduate Certificate program that you are currently using on the job?

A:;Definitely my leadership skills.  Most classes have group projects that really forced me to hone my ability to influence people and negotiate well.

Q:What would you  say to a colleague considering enrolling in the Graduate Certificate program?

A:The hours and time commitment are very reasonable and the professors are extremely helpful, flexible and engaged.

Q:Why did you choose the D’Amore-McKim School of Business Graduate Certificate program?

A:Northeastern is a great school, the evening track was ideal for me as a working professional, and it was very easy to get to campus.

Q:What was your biggest take-away from earning your Certificate at Northeastern?

A:Learning to work with and through others to complete a project.

Q:What are you doing now and how did the Certificate help you get there?

A:Since completing the program I was promoted to a new position within my company.  I am furthering my graduate education in the Advanced Management Certificate Program and will be enrolling in the Evening MBA Program in the Spring.
