The D'Amore-McKim Part-Time MBA Path is a six-course, 15-credit graduate business program with course offerings from the D’Amore-McKim MBA curriculum. This prescriptive curriculum provides essential financial know-how for any business career. Better yet, it builds a fast track to the Part-Time MBA or the Part-Time MSF/MBA with a GMAT waiver.
You will sit side-by-side with master’s degree students, learning from the same faculty dedicated to helping you achieve success. The diverse and varied work experience that you and your classmates bring into the classroom creates a rich learning environment where business concepts are directly connected to the business world. You and your peers will collaborate on your existing business issues and their possible solutions. This dynamic is incredibly powerful as your fellow students are professionals from all over Greater Boston from impressive companies and a variety of industries. You will learn from them as they learn from you.
Specially designed for the working professional, the Part-time MBA Path allows you to complete your certificate on your own timetable and set your schedule—you can accelerate your studies to as little as 8 months if that fits your schedule.You can commit to classes just one night a week, or accelerate your certificate by taking multiple classes each semester, including classes online and on Saturdays. With a deep appreciation of the importance of flexibility, we offer two start times for evening classes at 5:20 p.m. and 7:30 p.m—so you can balance the many demands on your time. Begin your studies in January, May or September.
Apply the credits earned in your certificate towards an MBA
With this graduate certificate, you will start earning graduate credit and developing career-enhancing business skills with a professional credential to show for it—right away. Upon successful completion of your graduate certificate, you will be poised to apply to the Part-Time MBA or Part-Time MS in Finance/MBA, with 15 credits already completed.
Successful completion of this graduate certificate will demonstrate your ability to master the quantitative coursework and will waive your GMAT/GRE requirement for admission. Successful completion is defined as achieving a grade of "B" or better in each class and a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.3.
