Timothy Hoff recently co-moderated a New England Journal of Medicine-sponsored Open Forum entitled, “Has Primary Care Been Amazon-ized?” along with several prominent physician leaders. The idea for the forum came from Hoff’s new book, “Next in Line: Lowered Care Expectations in the Age of Retail- and Value-Based Health”, for which he was recently interviewed in a New England Journal of Medicine Journal Watch Podcast.
